We clean with Koala Eco products, which are Australian-made using plant-based ingredients and Australian essential oils. If you have allergies, sensitivities or a fragrance preference, just let us know in the special requests when you book and we'll take care of it.
No problem — please leave your key with the Concierge. An ID verification check of the assigned cleaner will be emailed to you, and your keys will be handed back immediately after cleaning. Or, if you prefer, wait at the residence to meet your Teltidy cleaner.
Securely online by card, through Stripe. Choose your clean, add your details, then pay on the final step — nothing is charged before then, and your card details never touch our website.
No, and no. A Teltidy account is free and optional — it saves your details for next time and lets you see and manage your bookings. Prefer not to? Simply continue as a guest.
Yes. Choose Membership when you pick your clean for regular cleans on the days you choose, billed monthly through Stripe (you'll need a free Teltidy account to manage it). Can't make a clean? Cancel it at least 48 hours ahead and it's banked for 3 months, to book whenever suits you. You can change your days or cancel your membership anytime from My Account — your cleans continue until the end of the month you've paid for.
